ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್ ಎಂಬುದು ಇಡೀ ಸಮಾಜದ ಸಂಘಟನೆ

ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ನಂತರ ಸರ್ದಾರ್ ಪಟೇಲರು ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಲೀನಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಗುರೂಜಿಯವರು ಸಂಘವು ಇಡೀ ಸಮಾಜದ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯಾಗಬಯಸುತ್ತದೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷವೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಈ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವವನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಡಾ. ಶ್ಯಾಮಾಪ್ರಸಾದ ಮುಖರ್ಜಿಯವರು ಗುರೂಜಿಯವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಸೂಕ್ತವಾದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಸಂಘವು ಆ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ತುಂಬುವಂತೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಈ ಸಲಹೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯಾಗಿ ಗುರೂಜಿಯವರು ಮುಖರ್ಜಿಯವರೇ ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಡಿಯಿಡಬೇಕೆಂದೂ ಸಂಘವು ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದೆಂದೂ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಆದರೂ ಸಂಘವು ಇಡೀ ಸಮಾಜದ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ತನ್ನ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನೇ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

೧೯೭೭ರ ತುರ್ತುಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನತಾಪಕ್ಷದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾಗುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘದ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರ ಪಾತ್ರ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವಾದುದು. ಆಗ ಹಲವು ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ವಿಲೀನಗೊಂಡು ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾದ ಜನತಾ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಥಾತ್‌ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಲೀನಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಕೇಳಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಅಂದಿನ ಸರಸಂಘಚಾಲಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಾಳಾಸಾಹೇಬ್ ದೇವರಸ್ ಅವರು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘವು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತಷ್ಟೇ, ಈಗ ಇಡೀ ಸಮಾಜದ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯೆಡೆಗೆ ಸಂಘವು ಗಮನಕೊಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು.

ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅರ್ಥೈಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘವು ಇಡೀ ಸಮಾಜದ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಸಮಾಜದೊಳಗಿನ ಒಂದು ಸಂಘಟನೆಯಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಅರಿಯುವುದು ಅವಶ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

Bharat’s identity is intrinsically tied with the eternal philosophy of Hindutva

For ages, Bharat has offered a unique view of life because it is based on spirituality. Bharat believes that Truth can have various forms, names and paths to reach it. Though diverse, all these paths are equal. Bharat sees unity in diversity and has a capacity to establish unity amongst such expansive variety. It doesn’t see diversity as difference: This brand of spirituality teaches us that every soul is potentially divine and the same divinity pervades all things, animate or inanimate, and hence we all are connected with each other. To realise this connectedness, to expand its ambit and to work accordingly towards the betterment of the connected, is the basis of Dharma. Dharma, which is different from religion, is not exclusivist; it includes, connects and benefits all.

This view of life is the Hindu view and all those who live in Bharat, irrespective of their caste, region, religion or language, subscribe to this view of life. Hence, being Hindu or “Hindutva” has become the identity of all Bharatiyas. The founder of RSS, K B Hedgewar, made this Hindutva the tool to awaken the sense of unity among all Bharatiyas — connecting them with each other irrespective of their caste, region, religion and language. He started organising the entire society by binding them together with this thread of Hindutva.

However, those who, for their individual and political gains wanted to keep the society divided started opposing Hindutva and the Sangh by calling them communal, regressive, divisive and anti-minority: The opposition to and rejection of the seminal works of great souls and Hindutva proponents like Swami Vivekananda and Dayanand Saraswati was condemned by levelling these allegations.

But the activities of the Sangh, built on the foundation of Hindutva, kept expanding despite the ill-will directed at it. Then, the same ill-intentioned critics started saying that Hindutva is alright, but there is a demarcation between soft-Hindutva and hard-Hindutva. The Hindutva of someone like Swami Vivekananda is soft, but RSS practices hard Hindutva, which is condemnable. Books such as Why I Am Not a Hindu and then Why I Am a Hindu have been written by such naysayers, but irrespective of such attempts, acceptance of Hindutva has grown exponentially. This is because it’s the soul of Bharat and an expression of its consciousness: It cannot be countered by books that seek to compete with the epics.

Elements with vested interests started creating confusion by calling Hinduism a virtue and Hindutva an evil. A media house recently asked me, “What is the difference between ‘Hinduism’ and ‘Hindutva’?” I told them that it’s one and the same. One is in Hindi whereas the other is in English. S Radhakrishnan wrote a book in English, titled The Hindu View of Life and used the term “Hinduism”. Had he written it in Hindi, he would have used “Hindutva”. If Savarkar had written his book, Hindutva, in English, then he might have used the term Hinduism. That said, it is my personal belief that an apt translation of Hindutvaa should be “Hinduness” instead of “Hinduism”.

RSS sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat has clearly enunciated the meanings of “Hindu” and “Hindutva” in his three-day lecture series at Vigyan Bhavan. But propagandists won’t refer to it because it does not suit their malafide intentions. The real ideological battle is between the two different ideas of Bharat. One is the Bharatiya concept with roots going back to age-old spiritual traditions of the nation, and the other is an alien or foreign conceptualisation.

A journalist-turned-politician recently stated that in this election, the choice to be made is between “Hindu India” and “Hindutva India”. The only reason people like him talk of Hindu India is because of the growing influence of “Hindutva”. It doesn’t reflect their conviction but convenience. Given that Bharat is coming together and uniting due to “Hindutva”, their casteist, communal and regional politics is weakening everyday and their support base is eroding. For their petty politics, it is imperative for them to divide society — if not in the name of caste, language or religion, then on the basis of Hindu and Hindutva. But today, the common Bharatiya is not foolish enough to fall into their trap. Their sense of entitlement has, thus, been challenged.

Another term which is being used to spread confusion is “Hinduvaadi” or Hinduist. There are capitalist, communist or socialist ideologies in the world, but in Bharat there is no place for any “-ism” like in the West. The “-ism”s in the west have a hegemonic tendency to impose their world-view on others, even by force. In Bharat, “Hindutva” (Hinduness) refers to people living and leading their personal, familial, social and professional life in the light of this spirituality based on a holistic view of life, called “Hindu”.

It is, therefore, imperative to expose the conspiracy to divide and confuse, and to establish the eternal philosophy of Hindutva, by dedicated action and practice. This will result in the unfolding of Bharat’s identity, known to the world since centuries, and Bharat’s purusharth will manifest in every sphere of social and national life. In his essay, Swadeshi Samaj, Rabindranath Tagore rightly says — “First of all, We will have to become what We actually are”.

ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ತತ್ವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೆಸೆದಿದೆ ಭಾರತದ ಗುರುತು

ಪುರಾತನ ಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಭಾರತ ಜೀವನದ ಕುರಿತು ಒಂದು ಅನನ್ಯ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿರಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಜೀವನದ ಕುರಿತ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಧಾರಿತವಾದುದೇ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಸತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅನೇಕ ಮುಖಗಳು ಇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅನೇಕ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ತಲುಪಬಹುದು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಭಾರತದ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಧವಿಧವಾದರೂ ಈ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳು ಸಮಾನವಾಗಿವೆ. ವಿವಿಧತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವ ಭಾರತ ವಿಕಾಸಶೀಲವಾದ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಏಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ವಿವಿಧತೆಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ಎಂದು ಭಾರತ ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಆತ್ಮವೂ ದೈವಿಕವಾದುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದೇ ದೈವಿಕತೆ ಸಜೀವ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರ್ಜೀವ ಎಲ್ಲದರಲ್ಲೂ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮವು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ಸೇರುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು, ಅದರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿಗ್ಗಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಏಳಿಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುವುದು ಧರ್ಮದ ಮೂಲವಾಗಿದೆ. ರಿಲಿಜನ್‌ಗಿಂತ ಭಿನ್ನವಾಗಿರುವ ’ಧರ್ಮ’ದ ಕಲ್ಪನೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತೆಯಲ್ಲ, ಇದು ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಒಳಗೊಂಡು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಒಳಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಇರುವುದು.

ಇದು ಹಿಂದುವಿನ ಜೀವನದ ಕಲ್ಪನೆ; ಯಾವುದೇ ಜಾತಿ, ಮತ, ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಅಥವಾ ಭಾಷೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದರೂ ಭಾರತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬದುಕುವವರು ಈ ಬದುಕಿನ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಹಿಂದುವಾಗಿರುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಭಾರತೀಯರ ಗುರುತಾಗಿದೆ. ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಡಾ. ಕೆ. ಬಿ. ಹೆಡಗೇವಾರ್ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಜಾತಿ, ಮತ, ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಅಥವಾ ಭಾಷೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಭಾರತೀಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆಯ ಭಾವವನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಉಪಕರಣವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿದರು. ಇಡೀ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟಿಸಿ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ಸೂತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಧಿಸಲು ಅವರು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು.

ಆದರೆ ತಮ್ಮ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಒಡೆದಿಡಲು ಬಯಸುವವರು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ಕೋಮುವಾದಿ, ಪ್ರತಿಗಾಮಿ, ವಿಭಜನಕಾರಿ, ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಯಾಗಿ ದೂರತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಇಂತಹ ಆರೋಪಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಹಾತ್ಮರು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದ ಮತ್ತು ದಯಾನಂದ ಸರಸ್ವತಿಯಂತವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಮಹೋನ್ನತ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದರು.

ಹೀಗಿದ್ದ ವಿರೋಧಗಳ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ನೆಲೆಗಟ್ಟಿನ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿತವಾದ ಸಂಘದ ಕಾರ್ಯ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತ ಹೋಯಿತು.

ನಂತರ ಅದೇ ದುರುದ್ದೇಶಪೂರಿತ ವಿಮರ್ಶಕರು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಸರಿ, ಆದರೆ ಮೃದು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಕಟ್ಟರ್-ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ನಡುವೆ ಅಂತರವಿದೆ ಎನ್ನತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರಂತವರ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಮೃದು, ಆದರೆ ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್‌ನ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಕಟ್ಟರ್ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಖಂಡಿಸಲು ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾದುದು ಎಂದು ವಾದಿಸತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಅಂತಹ ನಿರಾಕರಣವಾದಿಗಳಿಂದ ’ನಾನೇಕೆ ಹಿಂದುವಲ್ಲ’ ಮತ್ತು ನಂತರ ’ನಾನೇಕೆ ಹಿಂದು’ ಮುಂತಾದ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳು ರಚಿತವಾದವು. ಆದರೂ ಇಂತಹ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತ ಸಾಗಿತು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಭಾರತದ ಆತ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೇ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಹಾಕಾವ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ಫರ್ಧೆಗಿಳಿಯುವ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಿಂದಲೂ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.

ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ದುರುಳ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸಂ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು ಆದರೆ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದು ಎನ್ನುವ ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸಂ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಇವುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಏನು ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವೇನು ಎಂದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಕೇಳುತ್ತವೆ. ಇವೆರಡೂ ಒಂದೇ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರ. ಒಂದು ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷನಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹಿಂದಿ, ಮರಾಠಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಡಾ ಎಸ್ ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣನ್ ’ದ ಹಿಂದೂ ವ್ಯೂ ಆಫ್ ಲೈಫ್’ ಎನ್ನುವ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನಿ ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದರು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ’ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸಂ’ ಎನ್ನುವ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ಬರೆದಿದ್ದರೆ ’ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ’ ಎಂದೇ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೇನೋ. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವೀರ ಸಾವರ್ಕರರು ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ’ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ’ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ಬರೆದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರು ಬಹುಶಃ ’ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸಂ’ ಎನ್ನುವ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನೇ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೂ, ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸಂ ಎನ್ನುವ ಬದಲು ’ಹಿಂದೂನೆಸ್’ ಎಂದು ಭಾಷಾಂತರವಾಗುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ.

ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ದೆಹಲಿಯ ವಿಗ್ಯಾನ್ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ದಿವಸ ನಡೆದ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್ ಸರಸಂಘಚಾಲಕರಾದ ಮೋಹನ್ ಭಾಗವತ್ ಅವರು ಹಿಂದು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವಗಳ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ವವಾಗಿ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ತಮ್ಮ ದುರುದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಅರ್ಥ ಹೊಂದಿಕೆಯಾಗದ ಕಾರಣ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುವವರು ಇದನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ನಿಜವಾದ ವೈಚಾರಿಕ ಸಂಘರ್ಷ ಇರುವುದು ಭಾರತದ ಕುರಿತು ಇರುವ ಎರಡು ಭಿನ್ನ ವಿಚಾರಧಾರೆಗಳ ನಡುವೆ. ಒಂದು ದೇಶದ ಸನಾತನ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳ ಆಳವಾದ ಬೇರುಗಳುಳ್ಳ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕಲ್ಪನೆ, ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪರಕೀಯ ಅಥವಾ ವಿದೇಶೀ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆ.

ಓರ್ವ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿ ಈ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ’ಹಿಂದು ಇಂಡಿಯಾ’ ಮತ್ತು ’ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ’ದ ನಡುವಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಹಿಂದು ಇಂಡಿಯಾದ ಕುರಿತು ಇಂತವರು ಮಾತಾಡಲು ಏಕೈಕ ಕಾರಣ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ’ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ’ದ ಪ್ರಭಾವ. ಅದು ಅವರ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಕೇವಲ ಅನುಕೂಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಭಾರತ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ಜಾತಿ, ಭಾಷೆ, ಪ್ರಾಂತ ಅಥವಾ ಮತ ಆಧಾರಿತ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ದುರ್ಬಲವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅವರ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಒಡೆಯುವುದು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ- ಜಾತಿ, ಭಾಷೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮತದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ಹಿಂದು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಎನ್ನುವುದರ ಮೇಲೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇಂದು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಇವರ ಬಲೆಗೆ ಬೀಳುವಷ್ಟು ಮೂರ್ಖನಲ್ಲ.

ಗೊಂದಲ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುವು ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪದ ’ಹಿಂದುವಾದಿ’ ಅಥವಾ ’ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸ್ಟ್’. ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಯಾಪಿಟಲಿಸ್ಟ್, ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಸ್ಟ್ ಅಥವಾ ಸೋಷಿಯಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಮೊದಲಾದ ವಿಚಾರವಾದಗಳಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಶ್ಚಿಮಾತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವಂತ ’ಇಸಂ’ಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನವಿಲ್ಲ. ಪಾಶ್ಚಿಮಾತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ’ಇಸಂ’ಗಳಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಲಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿಯಾದರೂ ಸರಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಚಿಂತನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೇರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿನಕ್ಕೊಳಪಡಿಸುವ ಪೃವೃತ್ತಿಯಿದೆ. ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ’ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ’ (ಹಿಂದುನೆಸ್) ಎಂದರೆ ಹಿಂದು ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕತೆಯ ಬೆಳಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ, ಕೌಟುಂಬಿಕ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಔದ್ಯೋಗಿಕ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಬಾಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಜೀವನದ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ವಿಭಜನಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗೊಂದಲಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಆಚರಣೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸನಾತನ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ತತ್ವವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಸಿವುದು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಶತಮಾನಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರಪಂಚಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವ ಭಾರತದ ನಿಜವಾದ ಗುರುತು ವಿಶ್ವದ ಮುಂದೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ತೆರೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಭಾರತದ ಪುರುಷಾರ್ಥ ಸಮಾಜದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅಂಗ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ’ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ಸಮಾಜ’ ಎನ್ನುವ ಪ್ರಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ರವೀಂದ್ರನಾಥ ಠಾಕೂರರು ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ’ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲು, ನಾವು ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಯಾರಾಗಿರುವೆವೋ ಅವರೇ ಆಗಬೇಕು’ (“First of all, We will have to become what We actually are”)

Samartha Bharata is organising THIRD PHASE of state-wide mega campaign on planting 1 CRORE SAPLINGS from June 5 to August 15, 2019 across the state. This major campaign of ecological conservation is supported by more than 600 reputed socially active NGOs of the state.

Details of the previous campaigns of Samartha Bharata

Need for the Campaign: Today’s major social concern is on global ecological and environmental issues which are affecting the living forms including mankind as a part of this Biosphere. Increasing Global warming, scarcity of available fresh water, heavy seasonal variations, imbalanced annual rain fall which results in drought in many areas, decreasing green cover (forest area) due to anthropocentric activities such as urbanisation, habitat fragmentation etc. Rivers which are the sources of fresh water for livelihood of millions of people and animals, are now dried up. Once a fertile land, now is suffering a slow and steady desertification. Several international summits seriously discussed all these issues in a broader scale.

 

The National Forest policy says we need 33% of Forest area. As of 2010, the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations estimates India’s forest cover to be about 68 million hectares, or 22% of the country’s area. The 2013 Forest Survey of India states its forest cover increased to 69.8 million hectares by 2012, per satellite measurements; this represents an increase of 5,871 square kilometers of forest cover in 2 years. The role of forests in the national economy and in ecology was further emphasized in the 1988 National Forest Policy, which focused on ensuring environmental stability, restoring the ecological balance, and preserving the remaining forests. In 1988, the Forest Conservation Act of 1980 was amended to facilitate stricter conservation measures. A new target was to increase the forest cover to 33% of India’s land area from the then-official estimate of 23%. In June 1990, the central government adopted resolutions that combined forest science with social forestry, that is, taking the socio-cultural traditions of the local people into.

The roadmap and permanent solution for all the ecological and environmental issues is increasing the Green Cover of our mother earth. Hence this mega plantation drive is organised.

About the Campaign:
• Duration: From June 5th to August 15, 2019 (World Environment Day to Independence Day).
• Places: At the level of all Taluks of state. Planting will be done at appropriate places, suitable public bare places or open fields and also at private lands, with prior consent with respective persons and institutions.
• Selection of Plants: Plants which ecologically plays a significant role are selected for the sapling plantaion campaign. The species will vary from place to place based on local geography. As per suggestions by experts, few plants such as Acacia, Eucalyptus etc are excluded from this campaign.
• 3 Categories: Campaign will have 3 types for planting drive:
1. Direct planting of Sapling.
2. Direct use of Seeds for germination -Seedling (ಬೀಜ ಬಿತ್ತನೆ) .
3. Throwing Seed Balls at suitable bare areas.
• Public Participation: From students to Techies, from street vendors to software professionals, Movie Personalities to Journalists, many are part of this major campaign of 1 crore sapling planting drive. Campaign is supported by several Schools, Colleges, NGOs, Corporate companies, local youth organisations, Temple trusts, Ecological forums and also thousands of volunteers at individual scale. Forest department of both Central and State Government assured their full support for our campaign by providing saplings at district/zonal level. Ministry of Raliways also assured the support by providing the place for planting on either sides of Railway tract at specific areas in the state.
• Seed Ball Preparation workshops and camps is underway at many parts of the state in collaboration with likeminded NGOs.
• #SelfiewithPlant : Social Media platforms were effectively used for this campaign with Infographics and videos promoting the spirit of ecological conservation. “Selfie with Plant” is such a concept; any volunteer can upload his/her photo in Twitter or Facebook with a hashtag #SamarthaBharata.

Vishwa Samvada Kendra, Karnataka commemorated Narada Jayanti this year by presenting its annual awards for journalists at a event in Bengaluru today. This is the fourth year that VSK Karnataka is presenting these awards to journalists. The awards instituted in the names of Ti Ta Sharma known as the ‘Bheeshma pitamaha’ of Kannada Journalism and Be Su Na Malya known as one of the most sincere journalists of his times and former editor of Vikrama.

Be Su Na Mallya Award was presented to ace writer and editor of Aseema Kananda Shri Santosh Thammaiah and Ti Ta Sharma award to author, writer and educationist Shri. Rohit Chakrateerta. The awards were presented by the renowned writer, author and editor of ‘Mallara’ monthly Shri. Babu Krishnamurthy who was also the Chief guest at the event.

Shri. Babu Krishnamurthy spoke on the contribution of Shri. Mallya. He recalled how Mallya who was a bank employee was recognized by Sangh Pracharak Yadavarao Joshi and he quit his high paying job and dedicated his life to ‘Vikrama’ weekly. He also narrated the role of Vikrama during emergency, difficulties the magazine faced with lack of money and helping hands. Mallya had good relations with everyone and debated with even those who were ideologically opposite to him. People like Mallya and Sharma maintained good relations with everyone and they did it to spread nationalist thoughts despite opposition. Ti Ta Sharma had woken the government and alerted it through his writings. He is a role model to today’s journalists. The qualities of boldness, honesty, sincerity and loyalty among journalists in the pre-independence era are much needed today. However, today media has become corrupt but there is much hope with such young writers emerging. We should engage in sane debate and not shouting matches as it mostly happens these days, said Shri. Babu Krishnamurthy.

Santosh Thammaiah spoke on the way Kodava culture has shaped him and his thoughts. “The Kodava costume that I am wearing is symbolic of the torture my people faced under Islamists. I accept the award on behalf of all Sangh elders and my forefathers who shaped me and my thoughts. This award has made me to be more responsible in my role and has made me resolve to work more for the propagation of nationalistic thoughts.”, said Santosh Thammaiah.

We should be truthful as writers and should not write lies even if it’s favorable to us. I am able to see far only because we are perched on the shoulders of great writers like Babu Krishnamurthy.”, said Rohit Chakrateerta.

Every Sunday a gathering of all RSS shakas of the particular district or taluk called Sanghik happens. Every 5th Sunday of the month is observed in RSS sanghiks as Seva Sanghik where the swayamsevaks of RSS participate actively in an activity of service (seva). This month, 30th of June was a fifth Sunday and swayamsevaks in Bengaluru organised free medical camps in various parts of the city concentrating at the seva bastis (slums). Over hundreds of people residing in slums have benefitted from this. At Chennammana kere of Shankarapuram the camp was organised in association with Kidwai memorial institute of oncology and Sevakirana to specially assess and diagnose cancer amongst the dwellers of slums.

While in Mangaluru swayamsevaks had organised a blood donation camp and collected over 150 units of blood and the donors recieved seed balls in return, the swayamsevaks from Puttur devoted time towards planting saplings and over 60 saplings were planted and also donated a great number of them to people to plant. At Chikamagalur, the swayamsevaks cleaned up the burial ground in the town which had unwanted weeds, plants which cause diseases grown. The local MLA Sri C T Ravi also participated in it.

The swayamsevaks from Hubballi with the locals planted variety of saplings in the park today. Again at Hubballi, there were sanghiks conducted where over 250 swayamsevaks took part in learning the ways of seed ball creation. Swayamsevaks participated learnt the art of making seed balls and close to 5400 speed balls were made.

At Kolara district, today the swayamsevaks gathered to clean up the kalyani which was clogged. The effort put in by the swayamsevaks at a crucial time of start of rains would help in collecting water in the kalyani thus help increasing the water table

July 30, 2019, Bengaluru: The Karnataka Government decision of cancelling Tipu Jayanti celebrations taken today has been welcomed by many scholars and activists. From the time the Congress Government decided to celebrate Tipu as part of their appeasement politics, there has been a widespread opposition to it. However the Congress Government led by the then CM Siddaramaiah were hell bent on celebrating it. There are few who passed away in protesting against the then Government’s move. The only question that surfaced has been asking the dire need of calling for a celebration of a tyrant, bigot and an extremely intolerant king Tipu Sultan.

Eminent Scholar and Historian Sri Chidananda Murthy was contacted by VSK and he whole heartedly welcomed the move the Government had taken. Chidananda Murthy has extensively written about how Tipu enforced Persian as an official language in the place where he ruled by ignoring Kannada the local language.

Writer and Columnist Sri Sandeep Balakrishna who has also authored a book, Tipu Sultan – The Tyrant of Mysore said “Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa’s decision to halt Tipu Sultan Jayanti is a much welcome move. It sends a clear message that the politics of appeasement will also be met with certain defeat. Celebrating the birthday of tyrants and mass murderers of Hindus was uncalled for. Thanks once again.”

Activist Addanda Caryappa who is based out of Kodagu expressed to VSK that he was relieved after years of protest has finally paid off. Sri Addanda Caryappa has written many articles on the atrocities Tipu committed and reminded us of the ruler of Kodagu, Hanje Nayaka whose children were abducted by Tipu Sultan and had forced Nayaka to convert to Islam and surrender. Hanje Nayaka never budged and said he respected the land he ruled and would do best to his subjects rather than saving his children. Caryappa feels the story of Tipu Sultan was unnecessarily over hyped by those in the drama/theatre field for a long time and half baked stories were paid interest and no attention towards the intolerant ruler who mercilessly converted and killed Hindus.

Another social activist Sri Robert Rosario congratulated CM B S Yediyurappa and all the MLAs including KG Bopaiah who supported it. Rosario felt great about the government whose first decision was to cancel this unneeded celebration was indeed bold. He further added that Nettara kere, (translates to blood pool which was where Tipu killed thousands) in Bantwal stood as a sacrifice of people and the same should be developed as it was an important site in the annals of Tipu’s tyrannic history.

2 Aug 2019, Bengaluru: The Honourable SC has pronounced the verdict today that from 6th August, daily hearings in the case of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya shall begin. Sarkaryavah Shri Bayyaji Joshi, in a press release has said RSS has welcomed this verdict and expresed the faith that this will pave the way for resolution of the long standing dispute and all legal hurdles in the way of construction of a glorious Ram Mandir at Ayodhya are removed so that Mandir construction can start at the earliest.
Construction of a suitably glorious Mandir for Bhagvan Sri Rama at Ayodhya has been a longstanding dream and article of faith for the constituents of the Billion strong Hindu Society.

At one level, this will be an act of restoration of the Vishnu Temple at the same disputed location that was destroyed as shown conclusively by archaeological excavations done two decades ago. In larger terms, this will restore the aspirations of Hindus to hold their articles of faith as inviolable as religious freedom and dignity are guaranteed by the Constitution for members of all faiths. Sri Rama is revered as Maryada Purushottam in India and this practice is observed in other countries such as Indonesia also. Ram Mandir restoration will be a reaffirmation and celebration of the Avatara Purusha who is central to Hindu cultural traditions and ethos.

ವಿಶ್ವದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮೂಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯರು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕಲಿ, ಯಾರಿಗೇ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗಲಿ, ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಸಾಕು. ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ ಎಂಬ ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಸಚಿವೆಯು ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರವಾಗಿ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಧಾವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಕೂಡಲೇ ಆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಭಾರತೀಯರ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿ ಭಾರತೀಯರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಅಷ್ಟರಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ ಜನಸ್ನೇಹಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು.

ಹಾಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಅವರು ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಸಚಿವೆಯಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳು ಅವರನ್ನು ಜನ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಸ್ಮರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ. ಹೌದು, ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ ಅವರು ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಸಚಿವೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ವಿದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿದ ಸುಮಾರು 90 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಜನರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ ಖ್ಯಾತಿ ಅವರಿಗೇ ಸಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾರು ಎಷ್ಟೊತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿದರೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೇ ಈ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯೇ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಸಚಿವೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅವರು ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ತೆರೆಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ತರ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಬಂದು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಏಳು ದಶಕವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಇದ್ದುದು 77 ಪಾಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು. ಆದರೆ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ ಅವರು ಕೇವಲ ಐದೇ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 227ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಸಿದರು. ಪಾಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟ್, ವೀಸಾ ಪಡೆಯುವ ನಿಯಮ ಸಡಿಲಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ಇನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದು, ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ 192 ಸದಸ್ಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 186 ದೇಶಗಳೊಡನೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು ಸುಷ್ಮಾರ ಗಣನೀಯ ಸಾಧನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ತತ್ವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೆಸೆದಿದೆ ಭಾರತದ ಗುರುತು

ಪುರಾತನ ಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಭಾರತ ಜೀವನದ ಕುರಿತು ಒಂದು ಅನನ್ಯ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿರಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಜೀವನದ ಕುರಿತ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಧಾರಿತವಾದುದೇ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಸತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅನೇಕ ಮುಖಗಳು ಇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅನೇಕ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ತಲುಪಬಹುದು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಭಾರತದ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಧವಿಧವಾದರೂ ಈ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳು ಸಮಾನವಾಗಿವೆ. ವಿವಿಧತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವ ಭಾರತ ವಿಕಾಸಶೀಲವಾದ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಏಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ವಿವಿಧತೆಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ಎಂದು ಭಾರತ ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಆತ್ಮವೂ ದೈವಿಕವಾದುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದೇ ದೈವಿಕತೆ ಸಜೀವ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರ್ಜೀವ ಎಲ್ಲದರಲ್ಲೂ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮವು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ಸೇರುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು, ಅದರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿಗ್ಗಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಏಳಿಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುವುದು ಧರ್ಮದ ಮೂಲವಾಗಿದೆ. ರಿಲಿಜನ್‌ಗಿಂತ ಭಿನ್ನವಾಗಿರುವ ’ಧರ್ಮ’ದ ಕಲ್ಪನೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತೆಯಲ್ಲ, ಇದು ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಒಳಗೊಂಡು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಒಳಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಇರುವುದು.

ಇದು ಹಿಂದುವಿನ ಜೀವನದ ಕಲ್ಪನೆ; ಯಾವುದೇ ಜಾತಿ, ಮತ, ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಅಥವಾ ಭಾಷೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದರೂ ಭಾರತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬದುಕುವವರು ಈ ಬದುಕಿನ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಹಿಂದುವಾಗಿರುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಭಾರತೀಯರ ಗುರುತಾಗಿದೆ. ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಡಾ. ಕೆ. ಬಿ. ಹೆಡಗೇವಾರ್ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಜಾತಿ, ಮತ, ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಅಥವಾ ಭಾಷೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಭಾರತೀಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆಯ ಭಾವವನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಉಪಕರಣವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿದರು. ಇಡೀ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟಿಸಿ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ಸೂತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಧಿಸಲು ಅವರು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು.

ಆದರೆ ತಮ್ಮ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಒಡೆದಿಡಲು ಬಯಸುವವರು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ಕೋಮುವಾದಿ, ಪ್ರತಿಗಾಮಿ, ವಿಭಜನಕಾರಿ, ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಯಾಗಿ ದೂರತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಇಂತಹ ಆರೋಪಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಹಾತ್ಮರು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದ ಮತ್ತು ದಯಾನಂದ ಸರಸ್ವತಿಯಂತವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಮಹೋನ್ನತ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದರು.

ಹೀಗಿದ್ದ ವಿರೋಧಗಳ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ನೆಲೆಗಟ್ಟಿನ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿತವಾದ ಸಂಘದ ಕಾರ್ಯ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತ ಹೋಯಿತು.

ನಂತರ ಅದೇ ದುರುದ್ದೇಶಪೂರಿತ ವಿಮರ್ಶಕರು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಸರಿ, ಆದರೆ ಮೃದು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಕಟ್ಟರ್-ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ನಡುವೆ ಅಂತರವಿದೆ ಎನ್ನತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರಂತವರ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಮೃದು, ಆದರೆ ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್‌ನ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಕಟ್ಟರ್ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಖಂಡಿಸಲು ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾದುದು ಎಂದು ವಾದಿಸತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಅಂತಹ ನಿರಾಕರಣವಾದಿಗಳಿಂದ ’ನಾನೇಕೆ ಹಿಂದುವಲ್ಲ’ ಮತ್ತು ನಂತರ ’ನಾನೇಕೆ ಹಿಂದು’ ಮುಂತಾದ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳು ರಚಿತವಾದವು. ಆದರೂ ಇಂತಹ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತ ಸಾಗಿತು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಭಾರತದ ಆತ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೇ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಹಾಕಾವ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ಫರ್ಧೆಗಿಳಿಯುವ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಿಂದಲೂ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.

ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ದುರುಳ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸಂ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು ಆದರೆ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದು ಎನ್ನುವ ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸಂ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಇವುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಏನು ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವೇನು ಎಂದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಕೇಳುತ್ತವೆ. ಇವೆರಡೂ ಒಂದೇ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರ. ಒಂದು ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷನಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹಿಂದಿ, ಮರಾಠಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಡಾ ಎಸ್ ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣನ್ ’ದ ಹಿಂದೂ ವ್ಯೂ ಆಫ್ ಲೈಫ್’ ಎನ್ನುವ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನಿ ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದರು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ’ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸಂ’ ಎನ್ನುವ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ಬರೆದಿದ್ದರೆ ’ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ’ ಎಂದೇ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೇನೋ. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವೀರ ಸಾವರ್ಕರರು ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ’ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ’ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ಬರೆದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರು ಬಹುಶಃ ’ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸಂ’ ಎನ್ನುವ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನೇ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೂ, ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸಂ ಎನ್ನುವ ಬದಲು ’ಹಿಂದೂನೆಸ್’ ಎಂದು ಭಾಷಾಂತರವಾಗುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ.

ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ದೆಹಲಿಯ ವಿಗ್ಯಾನ್ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ದಿವಸ ನಡೆದ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್ ಸರಸಂಘಚಾಲಕರಾದ ಮೋಹನ್ ಭಾಗವತ್ ಅವರು ಹಿಂದು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವಗಳ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ವವಾಗಿ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ತಮ್ಮ ದುರುದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಅರ್ಥ ಹೊಂದಿಕೆಯಾಗದ ಕಾರಣ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುವವರು ಇದನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ನಿಜವಾದ ವೈಚಾರಿಕ ಸಂಘರ್ಷ ಇರುವುದು ಭಾರತದ ಕುರಿತು ಇರುವ ಎರಡು ಭಿನ್ನ ವಿಚಾರಧಾರೆಗಳ ನಡುವೆ. ಒಂದು ದೇಶದ ಸನಾತನ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳ ಆಳವಾದ ಬೇರುಗಳುಳ್ಳ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕಲ್ಪನೆ, ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪರಕೀಯ ಅಥವಾ ವಿದೇಶೀ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆ.

ಓರ್ವ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿ ಈ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ’ಹಿಂದು ಇಂಡಿಯಾ’ ಮತ್ತು ’ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ’ದ ನಡುವಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಹಿಂದು ಇಂಡಿಯಾದ ಕುರಿತು ಇಂತವರು ಮಾತಾಡಲು ಏಕೈಕ ಕಾರಣ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ’ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ’ದ ಪ್ರಭಾವ. ಅದು ಅವರ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಕೇವಲ ಅನುಕೂಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಭಾರತ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ಜಾತಿ, ಭಾಷೆ, ಪ್ರಾಂತ ಅಥವಾ ಮತ ಆಧಾರಿತ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ದುರ್ಬಲವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅವರ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಒಡೆಯುವುದು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ- ಜಾತಿ, ಭಾಷೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮತದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ಹಿಂದು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಎನ್ನುವುದರ ಮೇಲೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇಂದು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಇವರ ಬಲೆಗೆ ಬೀಳುವಷ್ಟು ಮೂರ್ಖನಲ್ಲ.

ಗೊಂದಲ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುವು ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪದ ’ಹಿಂದುವಾದಿ’ ಅಥವಾ ’ಹಿಂದೂಯಿಸ್ಟ್’. ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಯಾಪಿಟಲಿಸ್ಟ್, ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಸ್ಟ್ ಅಥವಾ ಸೋಷಿಯಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಮೊದಲಾದ ವಿಚಾರವಾದಗಳಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಶ್ಚಿಮಾತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವಂತ ’ಇಸಂ’ಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನವಿಲ್ಲ. ಪಾಶ್ಚಿಮಾತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ’ಇಸಂ’ಗಳಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಲಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿಯಾದರೂ ಸರಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಚಿಂತನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೇರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿನಕ್ಕೊಳಪಡಿಸುವ ಪೃವೃತ್ತಿಯಿದೆ. ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ’ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ’ (ಹಿಂದುನೆಸ್) ಎಂದರೆ ಹಿಂದು ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕತೆಯ ಬೆಳಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ, ಕೌಟುಂಬಿಕ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಔದ್ಯೋಗಿಕ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಬಾಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಜೀವನದ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ವಿಭಜನಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗೊಂದಲಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಆಚರಣೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸನಾತನ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ತತ್ವವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಸಿವುದು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಶತಮಾನಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರಪಂಚಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವ ಭಾರತದ ನಿಜವಾದ ಗುರುತು ವಿಶ್ವದ ಮುಂದೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ತೆರೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಭಾರತದ ಪುರುಷಾರ್ಥ ಸಮಾಜದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅಂಗ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ’ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ಸಮಾಜ’ ಎನ್ನುವ ಪ್ರಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ರವೀಂದ್ರನಾಥ ಠಾಕೂರರು ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ’ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲು, ನಾವು ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಯಾರಾಗಿರುವೆವೋ ಅವರೇ ಆಗಬೇಕು’ (“First of all, We will have to become what We actually are”)

10Aug, 2019, Bengaluru: Development, Political empowerment,Dignity are basic needs of any state and the government can now comfortably concentrate on them in Jammu and Kashmir with Article 370 and Article 35A abbrogated said Sri Ram Madhav the National General Secretary of BJP. He was speaking in a talk organized by the Karnataka Chapter of Jammu and Kashmir Study Centre (JKSC) in Bengaluru today. It was a packed auditorium and power packed speech.

Undoing of draconian article 370 was Sardar Patel’s unfinished dream he said. While people say it took  one year for justice to be given to J&K he opined it should be stated as it took one Narendra Modi to abbrogate it instead of stating the other way round.

Speaking about the pre independence period, he said  in 1940s when Jinnah kept on proposing 2 nation theory to divide the country of Bharat, National conference’ Sheik Abdullah was hell bent on his 3 nation theory to try to bring in existence Kashmir as an independent country. Ram Madhav said the idea is now permanently demolished and it was something we all ought to be proud of.

He slammed in his address to those questioning how the abbrogation happened without consultation of public, he further said, that the decision was made in consultation and also was tabled in the Parliament unlike how it was implemented by Nehru at the first place. No parliament approval was taken for 40 odd amendments in the past on Article 370 and Article 35A and why would it be needed for abbrogation he questioned.

Gopalswamy Iyyengar a close confidante of Pandit Nehru, who enjoyed a role of PM under Maharaj Hari Singh during pre independence era had tabled Article 306 to implement Article 370, at Congress Working Committee and it was unequivocally condemned by its members including the then Home Minister Sardar Patel, but it was Nehru who pushed Sardar Patel to consider it as Nehru apparently had committed to Sheik Abdullah about it. Later by  convincing is members, it was included as a temporary and transient provision and Nehru on record had admitted so, and we had to live with it for 70 years. Similarly, the special circumstances of having Jammu and Kashmir as  Union territory now is temporary he said.

Ram Madhav also said Maharaj Hari Singh was not allowed to be Part of Constituent Assembly as provided to other provincial heads who integrated with Bharat then and Nehru wished and insisted Sheik Abdullah and 3 others in the Constituent Assembly and was against Maharaj being in the Constituent Assembly.

There was no industrial development and job creation in the state and the last industry was set up decades ago he said, Fiefdom of families in J&K would not allow Panchayat to have powers though the ritual called elections  was conducted. Post recent Panchayat elections 4000 sarpanchs are working and there is a great hope, of new leader emerging he said. Dignity of people was at stake, as people are not considered as state subjects, over a lakh families do not have ration cards lacking basic facilities with no powers to vote with no hospitals and Education too. Such dilapidated condition was the result of the draconian law he asserted.

Good development will speak for itself till it reaches the last person in  J&K and the government is focused to get it done. Security and Dignity are two prime interests, for Kashmiri Pandits and the government is committed to work for the same. In J&K 150 state laws are repealed and 100 central laws gets implemented now with the scrapping of 370 Article he further said.

Earlier, National committee member of JKSC, Sri Dileep Kachroo introduced the audience on the activity of Jammu Kashmir Study Centre. He said It was a great achievement for everyone specially the Kashmiri Pandits. He also said that we had given a great long time for the terrorism and discrimination in the land of Kashmir and now it’s time we give time to PM Narendra Modi for the development.

Kashmiri Pandits who are the cultural ambassadors of the place were sadly thrown out of their land and it is now matter of pride for all of us that Pandits can return to their home land by abbrogation of Article 370. Terrorism and insurgency resulted in a big way after the exodus and is time to erase it off said Major Bhargava who is the President of Karnataka Chapter of JKSC. Kum. Sanskriti Kum venkatesh rendered the invocation. The event ended with the singing of the national anthem.

ತೇಜಸ್ವಿ ಸೂರ್ಯರವರು ನ್ಯೂ ಇಂಡಿಯಾದ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಜಮ್ಮು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಧಿ 370 ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ನವ ಭಾರತ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಉದಾಹರಣೆ. ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಭಾರತದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿರುವುದು ಕೇವಲ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಒಂದು ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದದಿಂದಲ್ಲ. ಆದಿಶಂಕರರು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ ಶಾರದಾ ಪೀಠ ಹಾಗೂ ನೂರಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ನಾವು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವ ‘ನಮಸ್ತೆ ಶಾರದಾ ದೇವಿ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಪುರವಾಸಿನೀ’ ಎಂಬ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರದ ಕಾಲದಿಂದಲೂ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಭಾರತದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಶ್ಯಾಮ್ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಮುಖರ್ಜೀ ಹಾಗೂ ದೀನ್ ದಯಾಳ್ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರವರು ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ವಾಜಪೇಯಿ, ಆಡ್ವಾನಿಯವರುಗಳು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದರು. ಇಂತಹ ದಿಗ್ಗಜರ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ತ್ಯಾಗ ತಪಸ್ಸು ಈಗಿನ ನಾಯಕತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ದಿಟ್ಟ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ New India ಎನ್ನುವ ಕಲ್ಪನೆ ಪೂರ್ವಜರ ತಪಸ್ಸು, ಹಿರಿಯರ ಹೋರಾಟ ಹಾಗೂ ನವಯುವಕರ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದ ಸಮ್ಮಿಳನ ಎಂದು ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನಿಸಿದರು.

ಬರೀ ಹಗರಣಗಳೇ ನಡೆಯುತಿದ್ದ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಜನರು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುವ ಲಾಭದ ಅಥವಾ ಉಳಿತಾಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವಂತಾಯಿತು. direct benefit transfer ಸ್ಕೀಮ್ ನ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತೀ ವರ್ಷ ಭಾರತದ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ 1 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ನಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಲಾಯಿತು ಎಂದರು. ಹೀಗೆ ಜನಧನ, ಉಜ್ವಲ, ಮುದ್ರಾ ಇಂತಹ ಹಲವಾರು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಒಂದು ಸರಕಾರ ಜನಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನೀಡಬಹುದೆಂಬ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಜನಮಾನಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಕಳೆದ 5 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ವಿದೇಶಿ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು ಎನ್ನುವದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೂಡ ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದರು. ಇತರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ನೋಡವ ರೀತಿಯಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಭಾರತೀಯರಾದ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೋಡುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಬದಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಭಾರತ ದಿಟ್ಟ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಾಗ ಇಡೀ ವಿಶ್ವ ಸಮೂಹ ಭಾರತದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದು New India ದ ಶಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಗೌರವ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಷಮತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿವರಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು gov.in ವೆಬ್ಸೈಟ್ ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ಹೊಸ ಭಾರತದ ಗುಣಲಕ್ಷಣ ಎಂದರು.

ಹೊಸ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಧಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳು “ನೀತಿ ಆಯೋಗ್ ನ್ಯೂ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ @ ೭೫” ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದ್ದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದರು.

ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದಿಂದ. ಆ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಮೂಲ ಹೊಸ ಭಾರತದ ಆಸೆ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಸರ್ವ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಎಂಬ ಭಕ್ತಿ.

ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿಯೇ ೨೦೧೯ರಲ್ಲಿ ೨೦೧೪ ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಜನಾಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು. ಈ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದೊರೆತದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದು ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ ಎಂದರು.

ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರು ವರ್ಷದ ನಂತರವೂ ಹೊಸ ಭಾರತದ ಹೊಸ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆ ಹೊಸ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯ ಮೂಲ ಕೂಡ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯತೆಯ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತವೇ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ನಂತರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ವಿನಯ್ ಬೈಜಲ್ ರವರು ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತವಾಗಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರವಾದ ಆಹಾರ ವಿಧಾನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಿದರು. ದೇಸಿ ಆಹಾರ ಪದ್ಧತಿ, ದೇಸಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಅಂತಹುಗಳಿಂದ ದೇಸಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದರು.

ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇಜಸ್ವಿ ಸೂರ್ಯರವರು ಸಭಿಕರ ಕೆಲವು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನಿಧನರಾದ ದೇಶ ಕಂಡ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ನಾಯಕಿ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ವಿಕೋಪದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಧನರಾದ ಸಹದೇಶವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾಂಜಲಿ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು ಶೀಘ್ರ ಸಹಜಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಮರಳಲೆಂದು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಭಾರತ ಮಾತೆಗೆ ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಮಾರಿ ಇಂಚರ ಅವರಿಂದ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿ ಗೀತೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಆರಂಭವಾಯಿತು.

ಸರಿ ಸುಮಾರು ಎರಡು ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ನಡೆದ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ 400ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನ ಸೇರಿದ್ದರು.
ವಂದನಾರ್ಪಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.

Presidential Award for Dr.Janardhan Hegde

Dr.Janardan Hegde has been selected for the Presidntial Award – 2019, award is given every year by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. He has been recognized for the selfless service towards propagating Samskrit. Senior scholars who are contributing in the field of Samskrit, Pali, Prakrit, Classical Kannada, Classical Odiya are selected for this award. Many Samskrit scholars have congratulated Dr.Janardhan Hegde on this occasion. This award includes Certificate of Honour and 5 lakh rupees.

Vidwan Sri Janardan Hegde is the founder editor of Sambhashana Sandesha.. He has authored various books related to Samskrit philology and grammar. His works include texts for basic Samskrit grammar like Abhyasadarsini, Shuddhikaumudi as well as advanced grammar texts like Bhashapaka, Dhaturupanandini, Krudantarupanandini.

His contribution towards contemporary Samskrit Literature is also notable. He has written many stories and novels. He was the editor of Samskrit Chandamama for more than 25 years.  He has conducted Samskrit Teachers Training Camps in India and abroad. He is a member of National Book Trust, New Delhi and Academic Council Member of Rashtriya Samskrit Vidyapeeta.

In the year 2005, he was honoured with Kendra Sahitya Academy Award for translated work Dharmasri of S.L.Bhyrappa , famous Kannada novelist. His other translated works include Drushtidana, Simhavalokana, Vamshavruksha, etc. He was awarded with Bhashabharati Puraskara and M.Hiriyanna Award in 2011. In the year 2014, he was conferred with Honorary D.Litt from Somnath Samskrit University, Gujarat. In the year 2015, he was honoured with Bala Sahitya Puraskara for Balakathasaptatihi ( Children’s Literature).  His other awards include, Maharshi Narada Prashasti, Samskrita Seva Vasant.
Currently, he is the Chief Editor of Sambhashana Sandesha a magazine in Samskrit.

17 ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 2019, ಮಂಗಳೂರು: ಭಾರತೀಯ ಗುಪ್ತಚರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಆರ್.ಎನ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ ಅವರು ಬರೆದಿರುವ ‘ಫೆಸೆಟ್ಸ್ ಆಫ್ ಟೆರರಿಸಂ ಇನ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ’ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಐಪಿಎಸ್ ಎಂ.ಎನ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿಯವರು ಶನಿವಾರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಎಸ್ ಡಿಎಂ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭವನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮಣಿಪಾಲ್ ಇನ್ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಹೈಯರ್ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಟ್ ಪ್ರೊಫೆಸರ್ ಡಾ.ನಂದನ್ ಪ್ರಭು ಅವರು ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತೃತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ನಂದನ್ ಪ್ರಭು ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, “ಲೇಖಕರು ಈ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ಆಯಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ತಟ್ಟುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿಕ್ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ, ಈಶಾನ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ, ಮಾದಕದ್ರವ್ಯ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎಡಪಂಥೀಯ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಎಂಬ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವಿಧದ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯವಾದವನ್ನು ಪಾಶ್ಚಿಮಾತ್ಯ ಪಂಡಿತರು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದನ್ನೇ ಭಾರತದ ಎಡ ಪಂಡಿತರು ಎರವಲು ಪಡೆದು, ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲೂ ಎಕ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಅಧ್ಯಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಯಸುವವರಿಗೆ ಈ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಉತ್ತಮ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ ಆಗಬಲ್ಲದು ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, “370ನೇ ವಿಧಿ, 35ಎ ಅನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿನ ನನ್ನ ಆಶಯ ಈಗ ನಿಜವಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಚೀನಾ ಒಬ್ಬಂಟಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೇರೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿವೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಜಾತ್ಯಾತೀತತೆ ವೋಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಗಾಗಿ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದ ಶಬ್ದ. ಇಂದಿನ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯತೆಯ, ಭಾರತೀಯತೆ ಈಗ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಯುವಕರು ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು, ಕೇರಳ ಎಂದು ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನೋಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಆರ್.ಎನ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, “ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಯಾದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೇ ಪರಿಹಾರ. ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾದರೆ, ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕೂಡ ಅವರೇ. ಶಾಂತಿಯುತ ಸಹಬಾಳ್ವೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರವಾಗಬಲ್ಲದು.

ಭಾರತ ಎಂಬ ಶಬ್ದ ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆಯಿಂದ ಬಂದುದು. ಭಾ ಎಂದರೆ ಬೆಳಕು, ರತ ಎಂದರೆ ಪಸರಿಸುವಿಕೆ. ಭಾರತ ಎಂದರೆ ಬೆಳಕು ಅಂದರೆ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪಸರಿಸುವುದು ಎಂದರ್ಥ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಭಾರತೀಯತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಾವು ಗೌರವ ಪಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.

24 Aug 2019, Bengaluru : A Kannada book titled Samara Bhairavi was launched in a packed Town Hall Auditorium in city today . This book is considered as the first book in  Kannada  on the topic of soldiers written in great detail. The book is written by senior journalist, Columnist and editor of Aseema Sri Santhosh Thammaiah published by Sahitya Prakashana. Sri B L Santhosh has written the foreword and Finance minister Smt Nirmala Sitaraman has written the back cover blurb for the book.

Sri  Santhosh Thammaiah is the recepient of Be Su Na Malya journalism award given by Vishwa Samvada Kendra, Karnataka this year.

Hon MoS Road Transport and Highways, Gen V K Singh, BJP’s Natl Gen secy org, Sri BL Santhosh, Lt. Col P S Ganapathy, Senior Journalist and head programs and News, Suvarna News Sri Ajit Hanumakkanavar, Former Cop, K Annamalai were present on the dais. The book was launched in an innovative way of a drone landing on the dais.

Senior Journalist, Ajit Hanumakkanavar who spoke about the book and its content said Santhosh Thammaiah has designed an excellent book which also answers the question of what soldiers are engaged in when there is no war like  situation. The soldier and doctor are remembered only when there is a dire need. Samaria Bhairavi is such a book that documents the life of soldiers who have given their lives for the sake of the country said Ajit.

Demoralizing the values of the nation and creating the conscience of guilt in the mind of soldiers thus demonizing the armed forces is strategically planned in a large scale in Bharat which could lead to tougher problems over a period of time in the nation Ajit added. 

General V K Singh, who is a MoS for Road Transport in his address said the history of the nation is based on ones who have given blood to protect it. Courage is always in the mind of Indian soldier and duty for him is everything and thus courage and fortitude of our soldiers is unmatched he said. Speaking about Kodagu which has given the nation a large number of warriors he also remembered the Nationalist and magnanimous attitude of Field Marshal K M Cariappa who also hailed from Kodagu. Gen V K Singh said teaching the youth the stories from our country’s history is the need of the hour and strongly believed the book Samara Bhairavi would do the job of the same.

Lt Col. PS Ganapathy, a recepient of the prestigious Maha Vir Chakra also shared his thoughts. He opined that soldiers are educated like anyone else and are from from cities, villages and it is family values, and the extra bit of patriotism which made them get into armed forces.

Territorial integrity and sovereignty of the motherland is utmost important for a soldier, and his self comfort is least important to him which makes the role of soldiers the noblest one he added.

Lt Col. PS Ganapathy urged the parents to have their children learn in Sainik schools to learn the discipline, to get the  taste of military  and allow them to serve the nation by joining armed forces which would to make them proud later.

K Annamalai, IPS and former DCP(South) of Bengaluru grieved that the bravery of armed forces is less celebrated in South India. Though it is very clear that they are our real heroes, we often miss respecting them he said. He rightly opined that armed forces is one Instutuion which has never failed the nation. 

Attributing the brave decisions taken in the country recently to the strong borders, he said the Government is in the position to take good, courageous decisions as it has the confidence the borders are safe.: IPS Annamalai, Former DCP

He reminded the audience of few Thirukkural composed by Thiruvalluvar 2200 years ago on the qualities of Army being Valour, honour, leadership and trust.

Annamalai recollected the day when he resigned as SP and a soldier called from Noushera  sector showing his dissatisfaction on the resignation who said they at the borders were saving the nation with the belief that people like him will take care of our families.

BJP’s National General Secretary, Organization, Sri B L Santhosh congratulating the author Santhosh Thammaiah said he was in the league of those erstwhile editors of Aseema, Sonda Narayana Bhat and Narayan Shevire who have written thought provoking articles and editorials. He termed them Akshara Kshatriya or warriors with  the Pen. In his address he asked the audience to refrain themselves from reading this book as yet another work but read it with passion to respect the forces. He also termed that reading the book though qualifies  towards respecting the forces, it should not stop there. Spending the day with the families of men in uniform would be more treasuring than a vacation he insisted. Understanding the soldier, his sacrifice and his conviction that nation being first for him at all times without an iota of selfishness could change the way we could start behaving in the society he opined.

He condemned the previous government which wanted to take an account of the caste of soldiers and the chiefs of Army, Navy and Airforce had in unison rejected such a request. Our caste is that we are all red blooded was the firm reply from the chiefs he said. BL Santhosh also criticized the politicians and alleged intellectuals who were busy finding the caste of the Martyrs of Pulwama as well statements like poverty leads people to join armed forces.

He lambasted Pandit Nehru, on his policies towards the armed forces, and how he always underestimated the latter. He reminded the audience that Pandit Nehru and VK Menon the then defence minister had on record said we could bring a foreigner to lead our armed forces as ours was weak.

Speaking about Human rights in Kashmir, he said the soldiers who were at the receiving end of stones by the civilians did not think about it when they had to rescue them who were stranded during floods a couple of years back. 

We are from the society which prays to  deva(God) and aims to eventually attain Daivatwa,(Godliness). Similarly our respect to soldiers should result in we becoming them : B L Santhosh

He concluded by citing the popular Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan incident during Mumbai attack where he led from the front and sacrificed his life to protect his team and ensure the end of terrorists. Bullets for a soldier is found in his heart and not in his back he said.

The event started with issuing condolences to Former Union minister Sri Arun Jaitley who passed away today. A minute of mourning was observed.

A special Kodava  performance called dudi which symbolizes the courageous land and the sacrifice of its people kicked off the event.

While introducing the guests on the dais, Author Santhosh Thammaiah felt thankful of his shaping of career by Pracharaks of RSS and he was indebted to them.
